Due to my many years´ practical experience, I am ready to offer my clients comprehensive legal services in many life situations, in their personal as well as professional lives, and that in Czech, English and German.
 

Within the framework of legal services for companies and business entrepreneurs, I provide in particular:

• complete legal services to companies and cooperatives;
• setting up of companies;
• changes in companies;
• transfers of shares;
• preparation and/or revision of contracts and internal legal documents and similar.
   

In the area of the law of obligations, I then provide in particular the following:

• drafting and revision of contracts;
• thorough analyses of rights and obligations;
• drafting of general terms and conditions;
• preparation of model as well as individual contracts in accordance with requirements and needs of the client;
• legal assistance in dealing with any already-existing risks and disputes;
• debt collection and resolution of liabilities.
   

In the context of real estate law, I provide in particular:

• legal services in the area of purchase and sale of real estate, safekeeping or escrow services, settlement of a purchase price, representation before cadastral authorities, preparation and/or revision of purchase and lease agreements and similar;
• legal service in the area of contractual relations in construction, establishment of liens or other legal burdens on real estate or contribution of immovable property into the property of companies.
   

As concerns labour law, I specialise in particular in:

• comprehensive legal consultancy services in the field of labour law;
• provision of advisory services, drafting and/or revision of documentation in the areas of management and employment contracts, or other documents governing the employer-employee relations;
• drafting of conditions of employment, internal guidelines and directives, etc.
